But be honest with yourself, it took 2 warnings and the restriction for you to
really take the time and read the rules. If you hadn't ignored the first warning
and complied things would be way different now.
Also, do not take for granted that we will lift up the restriction, it's a
second chance after all and second chances are to be earned.

is of less resolution but it also has had it's colors altered by saturating them
and has been poorly compressed so it contains jpeg artifact which can be seen in
all the outlines. While the one that remains in our galleries has non of those
problems and is of higher resolution.
The fact that it was submitted by a mod has absolutely nothing to do with this
and to even try to suggest is a joke.

of MT which is that we don't allow works in progress. You are already aware of
this so there is little to be added.
The rest of the PM you received is an automated message that comprehends a list
of probable causes that got your piece deleted. Not all of those statements
imply that you did ALL of them so don't get offended by it. I mean we can't have
a personal message to each deletion we make. We would like to but we are all
human and have stuff to do so we can't afford to spend a lot of time trying to
make every single deletion personalized. I know an automated message can be cold
but that's all we can do.
If you are still offended by this and wish to remove your works, you can open
your image (in your gallery) and look the menu on your left, under your "Owner Options you'll see you can edit, update and delete. You
click on delete and then confirm you want your item deleted.
I'm not trying to provoke you or anything, but really, you shouldn't feel that

Basically the problem is you uploaded a vector that was not made by you. You
can't upload any sort of artwork unless you have made it yourself, that is you
can't upload by any means vectors, doujins or wallpapers not created by you even
if you give proper credit in any section of MT.
You can upload unaltered scans that were either scanned by you or that you found
around the net, that is unless those images were originated at the sites listed
on the Gallery FAQ and also
making sure those scans are not duplicated by browsing the category it would
belong to (series, games or artists).
Well you can be relaxed since you won't receive a warning about it unless you
intentionally submit scans from sites we won't host images from.
But whether you are aware or not of the image's origin they will be deleted
everytime we find them on MT's gallery.
So how could you be aware of which images we won't host here? read the Gallery FAQ, explore those
sites and see what they have. Then you'll be familiar with the images. ANd yes,

every time they attempt to make a wallpaper, unless you already are, in which
case you are not being addressed at the moment

must say I did try whatever crap I made as a desktop before even

About it being art or not... well, I think it should be done for fun so if it is
to be labelled as art or not doesn't really matter as long as it's entertaining

restricted. This prevents you from submitting any image to Minitokyo. You would
have been aware of that fact if you had read the warnings you received in your

Basically the problem is you uploaded a vector that was not made by you. You can't upload any sort of artwork unless you have made it yourself, that is you can't upload by any means vectors, doujins or wallpapers not created by you even if you give proper credit in any section of MT.

Did you actually check Anime Project Alliance's Escaflowne Gallery? the scans you submitted are among the images hosted there.
How can you be sure they are? just download and compare which is what we Moderators do when deleting them.

well, you can't submit because your membership has been restricted. This prevents you from submitting any image to Minitokyo. You would have been aware of that fact if you had read the warnings you received in your guestbook
letting you know what you needed to do and stop
doing.
